Cold and wet, today was a tourist day. We took the secondary road through Badlands National Park. The weather was on again off again cloudy, drizzly rainy then sunny and clear. We rode through the Badlands and saw bighorn sheep, a coyote, the ever present prairie dogs, bison and mountain goats. The scenery was spectacular. Mt Rushmore was totally fogged in but we had a beautiful ride through the Needles Highway. All in all, a good day to be sightseeing. We even bought some Redass rhubarb wine. Tomorrow we plan to ride at M-hill in Rapid City then head toward Sundance WY.
Sounds fun!
